After some great feedback from our families, agents in our brokerage, and people online - we decided to keep going and expand what we could do with this.

My name is Ashley Greer. I've been in this crazy fun world we call Real Estate for 21 years. I'm a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University and worked in the corporate world for many years. My husband and I have raised two independent daughters and now have one son in law and a Granddaughter.
After years of disliking my job, I was convinced into getting my Real Estate license. I sold as an individual agent for 8 years, then, after thoughtful consideration and many prayers, took a job as the Team Leader of Keller Williams Realty Premier Partners.
I learned so much in my time as the Team Leader by working with agents, training agents and attending my own training. While serving as the Team Leader, I earned my Broker's license. My heart loved seeing agents thrive, but also was yearning to be back in the game. After three years, I resigned and began selling with my best friend and we started something that we haven't stopped yet.
Since that time, we have run the most successful team at that office, but now have followed our hearts, once more, and opened our own brokerage. This first year in business has brought twists and turns, but so much fun and joy and new friendships.
This is a business of hard work, long hours, determination, but also lots of fun and lots of opportunities to help others achieve their dreams. That's why we do this!
It's not meant for all, but I'm sure glad it is for me!

My name is Kim Day. Back in 2012, my friend, now business partner, convinced me to get my Real Estate license. I was a part time Paraprofessional at a local school, raising my three kiddos with my husband. I, honestly, wasn't sure about what I was getting into but it sure sounded fun at the time. Boy, am I glad that I did!
Since that time, we grew one of the largest, most successful teams at our previous brokerage and have now branched out to start our own in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama! It has been a ride for sure.
The amount of knowledge that I have learned throughout this time is unbelievable. I have met some of my best friends, some amazing Realtors and have acquired a Database of clients that have been such a blessing to me and my family.
We work hard, sometimes we work long hours, but we had a dream, we saw a future! We will never stop trying to obtain more. That's how you succeed.

I graduated with a bachelors degree at Southeastern Louisiana University, then got an Associate Degree at Baton Rouge College, before taking the jump in this crazy Real Estate World. I have two daughters, one who hopes to soon be in the Real Estate world with me, and the other who wants no part of it!
In 2009, while trying to decide what I wanted to be when I grew up, my father in law was developing neighborhoods. I would sit outside in my driveway and would see people trying to look in the windows of the homes and go show them. Then I realized I could get paid for it, so I jumped right in, not even noticing the Real Estate Market was in complete turmoil. Thankfully, I just wanted to learn, so I spent all my time learning from others. I sold as an individual agent for 7 years, then started the Calmes Team in 2016.
In 2022, The Calmes Team joined forces with the Capital Home Team and The Coastal Home Team, and CHT Group Real Estate began. The journey to the final destination took a lot of hard work, dedication, and determination. We could not be more proud to have poured our heart and soul into this brokerage, and watch everyone in our office thrive both professionally, and personally.
