Come With Me To Key West

Ashley Greer

Key West, Florida

We chose Key West during the pandemic because it was in the U.S. and we had never been.  We loaded up our pup and headed down to the keys for the first time.  We were totally blown away.  The people are so friendly and welcoming.  The streets were clean.  Every restaurant we went to was amazing.  There is just so much to do, it’s not possible to do it all in 9 days.  Needless to say, we have been back three times since and still love it!

Every restaurant and store, almost, is pup friendly.  They not only allow your furry family to come, but adore them and give them special treats.

One evening, we rented a golf cart and went from one end of Duvall to the other, cocktail hopping.  We ended at Sunset Pier and it was amazing.

We also rented scooters one morning and discovered a Veteran memorial park on the outskirts that was just amazing.  It was so special and definitely brought tears to my eyes.  There were memorials for each war with names.  I didn’t even know this existed, but I’m so glad we found it.

We spent days roaming and snorkeling and nights enjoying all of the food, even our own, as we caught plenty of snapper on our charter fishing trip.

This vacation can be whatever you want it to be.  It can be action packed, it can be laid back or it can be both.  Whatever you choose, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Casa Loca 3/2.5

We loved this cottage so much!  It was perfect for my husband and I and our adult children.  We were ½ block off of Duval St.  It was a renovated older Conch style home with lovely painted wood flooring, a large living area, and a separate master suite.  Outside, the courtyard is enclosed and completely private with a cocktail pool, a shower and a grill.  We loved coming back to this place after a day full of fun and being able to cook and hang out with our family.  It is as pretty as it seems.
